The Midland Pullman has just arrived at London St Pancras with the 0745 from Manchester Central, the booked arrival time was 1100 and as the clock is showing 1054 it has obviously arrived early. The leading car M60092 is having it's windscreen cleaned before the trip to Nottingham at 1120 and back. 15 May 1962. Keith Long.

Sunlight streams through the train shed roof at the platform ends of St. Pancras in the days when "domestic" trains were still allowed in! Two class 45 locomotives and a class 127 DMU stand "at the blocks" in April 1980. The headcode indicates that the vehicle is very probably M51592. Bob Belcher.
All change at London St Pancras on April 12th 1980. A service from Bedford has arrived formed of two, 4-Car Class 127 'Red Triangle' DMU sets with Driving Motor Brake Second M51636 bringing up the rear complete with an oil tail lamp. St Pancras was undergoing a major upheaval in readiness for the forthcoming Bed-Pan Electrification Scheme which would see the end of the 1959 Derby built Diesel Hydraulic DMUs in favour of new Class 317 EMUs.
